Q: What do I do if I am being bullied?
A: Tell someone you trust completely. As much as you don't want to because you are scared of the outcome, telling someone who you trust could take a huge weight off your shoulders and even stop the bullying. Also, be calm. Don't let the bully know you are being effected by him or her, fighting back/saying something back can only worsen the situation.
Q: What do I do if I see (know) someone else getting bullied?
A: Interrupt it and get help! just like the previous question/answer. Go ahead and get someone that can help you out, and that you trust.
Q: I'm the bully, but I can't help it, what should I do to stop myself from hurting others?
A: Try your hardest to commit on changing, you are better than hurting someone else. Think: What are you benefiting from it?
Again, go to an adult or friend you can trust, and let out all your emotions and ask how you can stop yourself from bullying. Put yourself in their shoes, and imagine how it feels to get bullied. Try walking away from the situation if you come across the chance to bully.
